		<description>It's true. I usually feel that way every year around March when the weather is still chilly at night but teasingly warm during the day. It was that time of year long ago that I decided I wanted to live in Austin. That kind of weather is so fleeting around these parts and makes me feel like anything is possible. It always makes me look at my life here as an outsider, in that old new perspective.</description>
